Our group presents at the 2014 Researchers’ Night event

the group presentsEach year, the Technion invites the public to participate in the Researchers’ Night – a celebration of science and research for the whole family, sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Science, Technology and Space and the European Union. Researchers’ Night takes place in some 300 cities throughout Europe and Israel. This year’s theme was water sciences.

Prof. Segal group has set up an impresive booth, presenting our technologies for monitoring and identification of different types of contaminations in water. During the event, our booth was also visited by the Technion’s president and the Israeli Minister of Science and Technology. Moreover, in this event, Prof. Ester Segal made a presentation focusing on the development of rapid detection techniques for microbial pathogens.
