Ramy has a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry, an M.Sc. degree in nanoengineering, and a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering. He worked as a research scientist at Tiselia, a microfluidics startup company, and served as the CTO of Neshima Medical, a startup developing advanced lung therapies. Ramy joined our group in September 2024 as a researcher. He supports and improves the use of microfluidic techniques in our lab, and studies ways to improve and reduce costs of our microorganism detection technology (iPRISM) using nano-imprint techniques.
