Lia is a master student in Food Science at ETH Zurich, majoring in Food Processing. She received her B.Sc. in Food Science in 2016. In September 2018 she joined the Segal Group to conduct her master thesis for 6 months on the project NanoPack. Her focus is on analyzing the relationship between packaging film composition and antimicrobial activity.
