Michal Georlette has a BSC from Ben Gurion University in Mechanical Engineering since 1996. Michal is the CEO of Asaf Industries, an engineering company specializing in mechanical equipment, automation, and technology solutions for the plastic industry. Coming from deep within the Plastic industry, Michal takes great interest in the research of biodegradable polymeric systems with antimicrobial properties for food packaging applications. She joined Prof. Ester Segal’s lab this winter.
