Yuexi received her B.Sc (Cum laude) in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion in 2020. Her undergraduate research, under the guidance of Prof. Yoav Livney, involved designing aptamer-decorated polymeric nanoparticles for targeted cancer therapy. She joined the group on October 2020 winter as a graduate student and her research is focused on the development of porous silicon nanostructures for drug delivery systems. She is currently working on the development of 3D printed implants for bone regeneration.
